Years 1-5 Fundraising BBQ

The P&C booked a series of fundraising BBQs at Harvey Norman this year, allocating each of these to different year group/specialist area fundraising.
The next BBQ has been allocated to Years 1-5 fundraising and is booked for Saturday 26th August from 8.30am-3.30pm.
We will require parents of our Years 1-5 students to volunteer to assist and be involved in the running of this BBQ on the day. So we know there will be enough help we request that you indicate what rostered timeslot you can commit to attend by emailing the P&C on southkalpandc(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)gmail.com. (Timeslots available are 8.30am-10.30am, 10.00am-12.00pm, 11.30am-1.30pm and 1.00pm-3.00pm)
To increase the fundraising profit we are also requesting donations of 600mL bottles of water or fruit juice boxes/pop tops to sell on the day and request that these be delivered to the school canteen before Friday 25th August.
Please then encourage your family and friends to come along to Harvey Norman to support our school community by purchasing a sausage sandwich, cold drink, tea or coffee and fresh scones on Saturday 26th August.
